Tuition Reimbursement is part of Callaway's ongoing effort to encourage all employees to pursue education throughout their career. A workforce of skilled employees engaged in lifelong learning is critical to achieving our company mission. Callaway will reimburse eligible employees for qualified educational expenses up to $5,000 per calendar year (January 1st through December 5th).
All active full-time, non-interim Callaway employees are eligible to use this benefit. Temporary workers, consultants, vendors, part-time employees, interim, and former employees are not eligible to participate.
Courses part of a degree or certification programs that can reasonably be applied to a career here at Callaway.
Courses related to the employee's job.
Extension courses – 1 day courses that offer Continuing Education units.
Note: All courses must be from an accredited school or provide professional certification units and must be taken on the employee's own time.
Physical education and hobby courses even if required as part of an approved degree program.
Workshops, seminars, conferences, and employer requested training. These are paid by the employee's departmental budget (using a check request or expense report).

All of the following are required in order to receive reimbursement:
Before taking a course a Tuition Reimbursement Request form including Learning & Development (L&D) approval must be completed. Reminder: After a course has been approved, it is the responsibility of the employee to enroll in the course and pay for the course and course materials with his/her own resources.
Receive a grade of a “C” or better (“P” in a Pass/Fail) for undergraduate courses and a “B” or better for graduate courses.
After completing a course, turn in the final grade and course related receipts: tuition, textbooks, lab fees, lab materials, parking, and other course required fees.
Final grade and receipts must be turned in to Learning & Development within 45 days of the end of each course. December courses must be received by December 5th or they will be applied to the next calendar year.
Must be an eligible Callaway employee at the time the reimbursement is paid.
Reimbursement will occur within 45 days of L&D receiving the required documents and receipts for reimbursement. Reimbursement is issued to the employee on his/her payroll check and is a non-taxed benefit.

Operations Management Academy “OMA”
Global Operations launched a new leadership program titled Operations Management Academy (OMA). OMA is an operations and supply chain executive-level training program designed to enhance the operational technical acumen of every key leader working within Topgolf Callaway Brands. The program will introduce a training curriculum that aligns with our operational philosophy, business processes, and methodologies to build continuity across the Global Operations leadership team worldwide.
The Emerging Leaders Program
The Emerging Leaders is a cross branded program designed to develop high potential early to mid-career professionals and prepare them for a broader leadership role. The courses are anchored in foundational management competencies with breakout activities to reinforce operational principles.
Today's Leaders Program
Topgolf Callaway Brands will be launching Today's Leader Program this summer. The program will empower current people leaders to champion individual career growth and development through learning “best practices” leadership competencies.
