Hall of Famer Annika Sorenstam won 10 career major championships in her illustrious LPGA career, including the 2006 U.S. Women’s Open. Arguably the greatest female golfer ever, she won the Rolex LPGA Player of the Year award eight times, the most in history. Sorenstam also won six ESPY Awards for most outstanding golfer of the year and two for best female athlete. She concluded her LPGA career in 2008, winning three times that season to bring her LPGA Tour win total to 72 and her career win total to 89. She is now focusing her time on her golf academy and her ANNIKA brand, and she continues to serve as an ambassador for Callaway Golf.
